Everyone needs some awesome friends like mine who let me drag them out on a Saturday morning to go play laser tag... thanks @lazrfit for the three rounds of 🍑kicking and laughing... I'll be back soon to defend my 2nd place standing!!!
The most common reasons we are in pain.
1. You don't breathe properly (belly breathe).
2. You don't hold your spine in its proper position and it doesn't rotate and bend like it should.
3. Your shoulders don't move properly (trap dominant).
4. Your legs don't move properly (quad dominant).
These can be leading indicators also. A leading indicator is that there is a potential problem that has been identified but you aren't yet getting any pain.
A lagging indicator means that you already have injury there. So picking up on leading indicators is really important. I'll run a course soon to show everyone how to identify and fix these issues through simple exercise programming and some technique management... but in the mean time...
If you put one hand on your chest and one hand on your stomach and breathe in, your stomach hand should be the one that moves.
If it doesn't, that's the most important thing you can fix for now.

P.S. No political backlash please. We're allowed to all like and dislike whoever we want.
