I'm 1000 miles from home, staying with family for a week and I still need to get my workouts done. What's a girl to do to stay active? Goodness knows I'm not going for a run in this heat! And I'm super pressed for time also! •
It's a good thing I have access to over 600 workouts right on my phone! And a ton of them are 30 min or less! Vacation and travel are no longer an excuse I can use like I would in the past. The old me would have come to California and thrown my healthy habits out the window. But being away from home doesn't have to mean I let my health get derailed!
Making my health a priority not because I'm obsessed with working out, but because I'm obsessed with how it makes me feel inside and out. Because when you take the time to take care of yourself, happy and healthy are the side effects!
New program starts tomorrow!
Need to get some sleep so I could wake up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the week!
