During the summer months I tend to eat a high raw based diet, the foods being naturally hydrating makes them more appealing to my taste buds. So this morning, being 25 degrees at 5:30am I thought I felt like soaked muesli. I prepared it ready for when I got home from my morning run and yoga... I was so excited to eat it, and this is how it turned out. The only thing is that I ended up eating all the fruit dat the rest back in the fridge and cut myself some watermelon. Mind you the watermelon, strawberries and blueberries lately have been amazing so how could I resist 😂😂 I hope you have a wonderful Monday.
